1. Open your Outlook program
2. Tap the “File” menu now
3. You need to click “Add Account” menu
4. From the “Add Account” wizard, tap tick button for Manual setup or additional server types
5. Individual should click Pop or IMAP service and enter your name and iCloud email address
6. Under the “Account Type”,select  IMAP option
7. For Incoming mail server,enter  input: imap.mail.me.com
8. For Outgoing mail server,enter input: smtp.mail.me.com
9. For the login information,there is need to enter iCloud username and password.
10. Check Remember password and Require logon using Secure Password Authentication.
11. After checking the above option,click “More Settings”
12. From General tab,there is need to enter the name of your account.
13. For Outgoing Server tab, check My outgoing server requires authentication.
14. Also, tick mark for Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
15. From Advanced tab,there is need to enter 993 on Incoming server and then SSL connection
16. After the above step, there is need to enter 587 on Outgoing server and select Auto connection from the drop-down box.

18. Select OK and then Next to test the settings and configurations.
19. The test will show you completed incoming and outgoing test. Click “Close” button
20. Select “Finish” and the iCloud account will now be visible on Outlook.
21. To check that whether you email is working or not,you may send test email
